Podcast & Recording Services

Booking & Payment Policy

  • 50% nonrefundable deposit required at booking

  • Remaining balance due 24 hours prior to the booking date

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session

  • Sessions may be rescheduled (subject to availability) if notice is provided within the 48-hour window

  • Deposit is nonrefundable

Rates

  • All packages include a 2-hour minimum, which accounts for 1 hour of setup/breakdown and 1 hour of recording time.

  • Additional time and add-ons are billed accordingly.

Core Production Rates

  • Production Time: $85 / hour

  • Podcast Packages require (2-hour minimum)

  • Podcast Packages start at $170 (Includes 1 hour setup/breakdown + 1 hour recording)

  • Additional Time ($40 per additional 30 minutes)

Production time applies to all onsite, hybrid, and virtual sessions

Studio Podcast Package (Onsite)

Designed for simple, in-studio recordings with minimal setup.

  • In-studio recording for 2 (maximum seating)

  • Studio recliner setup

  • Standard mic & audio setup

  • Privacy screens (no cost)

Starting at: $170 (2-hour minimum)

Studio Plus Podcast Package (Onsite)

Ideal for 4+ participants and a more polished, fully-produced studio setup.

  • In-studio recording

  • Enhanced setup: Premium chairs + round table + tablecloth

  • Backdrop options: mandala wall and/or privacy screens (no cost)

Starting at: $210.00 (2-hour minimum + 30 min additional setup time)

Optional Add-On:

  • Dual Green Screen Upgrade: $65 (includes setup & software)

  • Choose your preferred digital background

Hybrid Podcast Package (Onsite + Zoom)

For sessions with in-person hosts or guests plus remote participants.

  • In-studio recording

  • Zoom setup & integration

  • Audio coordination for onsite and remote guests

Starting at: $190 (2-hour minimum + 20 min zoom setup fee)

For fully remote recordings hosted and managed by GHP.

  • Zoom session setup & management

  • Audio configuration support

Starting at: $105 (1-hour minimum + 20 min setup)

Editing Services (Post‑Production)

Editing services are provided by StudioMe unless otherwise noted.

  • Basic Editing: $100 (Logo placement, clipping, light cleanup )

  • Advanced Editing: Request a custom quote

Add-Ons (+ Setup Fees)

The following add-ons require additional setup time and are billed accordingly:

  • Green Screen: $25 each

    Setup time: +30 minutes $40

     

  • Premium Chair Configuration (non-standard setup)

    Setup time: +30 minutes $40

  • Live Audience Setup: $20

    Includes additional chairs + set up

     

  • Zoom Setup (for onsite or hybrid sessions)

    Setup time + 20 minutes - $20
